"I want to continue with Linkin Park"

The band wonders about its future six months after the death of Chester Bennington.

"I have every intention on continuing with Linkin Park and the guys feel the same. We have a lot of rebuilding to do, and questions to answer, so it'll take time."

That was Mike Shinoda, recently, posted via twitter  questioned by a follower on the future of band. The reference, of course, is what will be of Linkin Park without the charismatic Chester Bennington, who died suicide last July 20 in Los Angeles.

The last few months have been dedicated by the Californian band to absorb the trauma and to celebrate, with concerts (such as "Life in Honor - Chester Bennington") and record releases, the artistic and human legacy of Chester. Mike Shinoda has also published an EP, entitled "Post Traumatic", dedicated to his personal mourning process. But now it is time to think about the future of Linkin Park. Shinoda has dismissed the hypotheses that at the moment seem less realistic (like taking a "accompanied" tour by a hologram of Bennington) but seems willing to work because Linkin Park still exist in the coming years. In short, good news for the fans.
