Rammstein guitarist Paul Landers discussed Linkin Park latest muscial shift with Metal Injection, saying :
"We feel like it's time to try out things again.
"And don't worry, it's still evil guitars and good drumming.
"I'm not sure this is nice to say, but Linkin Park, they changed the sound too much in my eyes.
"They're trying out new things, and that's cool, but I wouldn't go so far from my core.
"You have your style, your way to make music together, and you can't change that artificially."
During the rest of the chat, Paul said Rammstein isn't the type of band that can tour and make music and the same time, and that the rest of the year will see that gang fully focusing on the new record. Stay tuned.
