Korn Brian 'Head' Welch guitarist used his own Instagram profile to publicly thank one another, the Linkin Park for having forgiven him for the frivolous phrases he expressed after Chester Bennington's suicide last July 20.
Welch on his social channels said that suicide was for cowards and wrote, 'I lost a lot of respect I had for you.' He then apologized for these words: "I spoke with broken heart, devastated by pain. I wanted to express myself in another way ... I learned not to process pain without having filters. I apologize to all his fans, I did not want to be respectful. I was destroyed, my heart was broken and I'm sorry for my good friends who were close to him. "
With a new message, Welch confirms that Linkin Park has forgiven him for his words and joins bandmate Jonathan Davis in the concert in memory of Bennington that will take place on October 27 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
