While it falls out of the Top 20 on this week’s pop radio chart, Linkin Park’s “Heavy (featuring kiiara)” rises to a new high at the hot adult contemporary format. Up one place, it takes #10 on this week’s Mediabase Hot AC chart. “Heavy” received ~3,325 plays during the May 28-June 3 tracking week, besting last week’s mark by 351 spins. “Heavy” is the only new addition to the Top 10 on this week’s chart.

Linkin Park's "Heavy," featuring Kiiara, enters the Hot 100 at No. 52 and roars 21-3 on Hot Rock Songs after its first full week of tracking. The collab's No. 2 start on Rock Digital Song Sales (35,000) marks the band's best rank since 2010, when "The Catalyst" bowed at No. 1. With its clearly more pop lean than much of Linkin Park's catalog, "Heavy" bows on the Pop Songs airplay chart at No. 27, the band's highest debut on the list among 10 entries, dating to its first, "In the End," in 2001....

Linkin Park released their first new single, “Heavy,” off their forthcoming seventh full length album, One More Light. The new song "Heavy" has been well received so much as to start spreading some covers and new version of the song. What we present is the metal version. This version was created by Karan Katiyar and Jayant Bhadula, famous for transforming pop, making a metal version songs. And so, with a little 'of creativity, have transformed the music of Linkin Park in a Nu Metal piece, adding a little' of guitars here and there, some scream, bringing them a bit 'more to the old LP loved ones.

It's a heavy day for Linkin Park and its fans -- in a good way.
