Ohio Republican Governor and potential presidential candidate John Kasich is apparently a big fan of alternative rock band Linkin Park, despite the fact that he is not a fourteen-year-old teenage boy.
Kasich, who no longer lives in the early 2000’s, apparently brought up his love for the band behind the hit songs “In the End” and “What I’ve Done” in an attempt to bond with a group of bikers Wednesday.
This is not the first time that Kasich, who presumably also likes the Transformers movies, has alluded to his love of the band. Back in May, Kasich visited backstage of one of their concerts and got frontman Chester Bennington to give his daughters a call.
Chester from @LinkinPark gave my girls a call before their show. I get to be the cool dad tonight. pic.twitter.com/PAA4XRECmS
